NOTE: clearing icon cache means you can remove and readd the shortcut to homescreen to see the new icon, homescreen doesn’t update by itself.

NOTE: You have to enable Open4All to use Icon Changer (because it’s a Qt based app) that’s the only way to access \resource\ folder without TCB. .mif files are in E:\icons\, you can easily change them.
