Royal Blue JB theme is modified from RustedGrey JB (edit S90)
Changes:
-Changed background. Wallpaper used for background is DigitalBlue by RozzerX, converted to .bmp & used.
-Menu & Options icons
-Added some effects of the loading icons. You can see them while the widgets are loading after a reboot. You can also see it when you long press on the homescreen.
